A Last Goodbye

Here's a favorite photo of our Tabitha who just happened to stand behind some stuffed animals I had posed for a different shot. I guess she wanted to be part of the fun! Today was her last day with us. We will miss her very much.

Time to Let Go?

Our dear Tabitha is nearing the end of her kitty life. I see her struggling and getting weaker and know its time to let her go. I'm not ready, though. I wonder what she wants to do? It's her life. She seems happy at the moment, sleeping on the porch and periodically watching birds. Right now we are taking care of her as best as we can, waiting and praying for our little friend of 15 years. She's a sweet one!

Blow My Own Horn

I did this one last week in my acrylic painting class. Still trying to learn how to best photograph these paintings for posting. I'm starting to like acrylics. They feel very different from watercolors.
